Cancellation
You may cancel an order as long as the order status is "in process." If order status is "shipped," it cannot be canceled. Call toll-free 1.800.4875.4757 to determine order status; to cancel, please have your order number ready. A pickup and/or restock fee may apply.
Personalized/monogrammed items: Orders cannot be canceled or returned.
Perishable/gourmet foods: Your cancellation request must be received at least 4 days prior to the requested delivery date.
Availability and Prices
Placing an item in your shopping cart does not guarantee it will be available when you are ready to make your purchase. Item quantities are limited, and items are removed when they are no longer available for purchase. A pre-order allows you to reserve merchandise before it is available for shipment.
Merchandise depicted online or in catalogs may not be always available at RoyalKinzy; however, we will make every effort to fulfill your order by phone. Please refer to the order-by date in catalogs or the book for specific availability dates. There may be a small price increase for orders placed in the U.S. and shipped to foreign countries.
